PF I***ct crusher Overview
Our I***ct crushers are designed for crushing ores and rocks in secondary or tertiary crushing with the side length 500mm and compression strength no more than 360***. It is suitable for crushing different compression strength of rocks and is widely applied in mining, cement, transportation, construction and concrete industries. The most outstanding of this machine is that its finished material is in cubical shape.
Operation Principle of I***ct Crushers:
The i***ct crusher breaks materials with i***ct force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed i***ct of the blow bar and are thrown to the i***ct plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the i***ct rack and rotor support. The machine employs self-weigh security device in its back frame. When other objects enter the i***ct cavity, they will be forced out of the machine by the i***ct rack in the front and back of the machine.
Applicability of I***ct Crusher:
Our i***ct crushers are widely used for mineral dressing, chemical industry, cement, building materials, fire-proof materials, ceramics, glass and other industries, for crushing hardness or medium hardness ore, such as limestone, moorstone(granite), quicklime, chamotte, slag, calcium salt, clay mine, building materials, coke, coal and other materials which the compressive strength does not surpass 360 ***.
